The conference will take place at one of Dubai’s most renowned and prestigious venues – The Grosvenor House Hotel, Dubai Marina – helping to underline the overall tone and prestige of the event.

Presented in the main conference facility, the room will be laid out and presented in an up-market banquet conference style with the main stage comprising of a main speaker podium further supported with high quality large backdrop LCD screens to ensure full speaker and sponsor logo visibility throughout the event. The main stage will also be home to our various ‘panel’ discussion sessions throughout the day.

Each of the conference sessions and panel discussions will be filmed and edited into individual subject matter programmes for ‘post event’ distribution and amplification to the wider full ISJ international circulation of 160,000+, providing enhanced branding and exposure for our commercial partners. At the time of compiling this report the conference sessions from the May 2022 event have generated over 54,000 individual session viewings adding unparralled international exposure for our sponsors and speakers alike.

The conference room will be accessed via a general reception area where the main networking and F&B facilities for coffee break / buffet lunch will take place. This area will also contain a number of our event sponsors and small table-top style exhibition positions so that sponsors can meet and network directly with delegates during coffee and lunch break periods.

With a maximum of 10 event brand sponsors – the number of available exhibition stands/networking platforms is limited and your company will be one of just 17 companies exhibiting. Your stand will occupy a prime position in the networking, refreshment and luncheon areas of the conference, putting you directly where our senior delegates gather for their breaks during the conference and to discuss the solutions that you can provide them. You will also sit alongside them in the conference room becoming part of the community.

Exhibiting also provides you with coverage in the conference brochure, as well as the conference website with direct links back to your own website.
